Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to USPS within 1-2 business days of payment. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or US postal holidays. You will receive an email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping methods & cost
Every order is priced by actual weight, billed per pound with USPS and rounded up to the next pound. You choose your service at checkout:

For example, a single typical paperback (about one pound once boxed) currently costs around $4.63 by Media Mail or $5.95 by Ground Advantage. The exact cost for your order — based on its real weight — is shown at checkout before you pay, and again on your receipt.
Free shipping
Orders of $30.00 or more (before tax) ship free by USPS Media Mail. If you upgrade a qualifying order to Ground Advantage, you only pay the difference between the two rates — the free offer is never simply withdrawn.
Tracking
Ground Advantage includes tracking automatically. Media Mail is not always trackable end to end, but we email a tracking number the moment your package is scanned by USPS. Signed-in customers can also follow an order's status from their account at any time.
Digital gift cards
Gift cards are delivered by email, not by post. An order made up entirely of gift cards has no shipping charge and nothing to track — the code is emailed as soon as payment is confirmed.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at jeremy@concordbooks.org with your order number. See our return policy for how we make it right.
